      SAP Business ByDesign Consultant

      Description:

      The role of an SAP Consultant is to first understand the client’s business processes, then analyze them against industry best practices and finally implement SAP software so that the client can become more efficient.

      Requirements:

      • Degree of studies: Finance, Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar. 
      • Minimum of 5 years of business experience in Accounting, Finance, Logistics or the Operations area.
      • Previous ERP experience (SAP Business ByDesign, SAP Business One, Oracle Netsuite, or similar) 
      • Experience with consulting, deployment and usage of business software systems. 
      • Results-oriented, strategic thinker and planner. 
      • Ability to define operational issues clearly despite ambiguity, providing sound recommendations and take all critical information into account when making timely, tough decisions. 
      • Ability to listen and communicate effectively with direct supervisors, clients, and co-workers. 
      • Employee must be able to follow basic instructions as well as be able to take constructive criticism from their managers so they can help maintain quality standards and production goals.
      • Second language (Spanish) is considered a plus.
      Trainees Program

      We trust in the talent and potential that exists in younger generations, therefore at DINTEC we have a Trainees Program, which is aimed at university students who are in the last semesters of their studies or are recent graduates who wish to be given the opportunity to join the workplace and specialize in the Consulting area.

      Requirements:

        • Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar.
        • Availability to work 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri standard business hours.
        • Candidates must be based in South Florida and able to work out of Miami office.
        • Second language (Spanish) is considered a plus.
